Lucky to have found this business through other friends & family. Alan and co. are reliable, trustworthy and provide quality services with honesty and no upsells. For any issues they are transparent with what is wrong, what they recommend in short vs. long term, and there is no additional fluff. Their waiting area is also convenient and thoughtful for times you cannot drop the car off. There is a reason people keep coming back and their growing success - I think all businesses could learn a bit from them.

Highly recommend! My friend recommended this auto shop for my brakes and I was so impressed! They had front and back brakes done within 4 hours and for a fair price. They also made sure to call and quote me the price before performing any work. So easy to work with and I felt at ease bringing my car in here. We will be back for all of our car needs!

Incredibly nice mechanic, they worked for 90 minutes to troubleshoot why my car’s left headlight was broken and finally found out it was a lose connector. Fixed it for completely free and denied payment. Will go back in the future.

Outstanding technical expertise across domestic, Japanese, and euro brands. I’ve taken a pair of Audis to them, Toyota and Lexus. They’re reasonable, very honest, and mechanics are sharp, talented, and conscientious. I’m pretty auto-savvy myself and do a lot of at home maintenance on vehicles and when I have to, I much prefer coming here than any other shop and think they’re workmanship is on par with some of the better dealer service repair shops… if only because you’re not just another customer in n out like a revolving door. 100% one of the better shops in San Diego and top shelf customer service and support.

Amazing customer service and fair prices! I've been coming here for years. They always take good care of my car. Their lobby waiting area is nice and spacious too. Sometimes I'll bring my laptop and work while I'm waiting for my oil change.
